OK.

When your cats rubs up against you, she is actually marking you as "hers" with her scent. If your cat pushes his face against your head, it is a sign of acceptance and affection.

You're lucky this was adorable, otherwise I'd put you in a for profit jail.

There is no girl, no angry father, and no police investigator. Stop sending pictures of your dong to people on skype!

Merry Christmas from Chiron Beta Prime,

Where we're working in a mine for our robot overlords.

Did I say overlords? I meant protectors.

Merry Christmas from Chiron Beta Prime.

I for one am grateful to live in a world where our robot overloads sacrifice so much to protect us and are gracious enough to bestow the Internet upon us.

Ha! At the concert I went to, JoCo pulled a guy out of the audience who was to say "redacted" in a robot voice at the appropriate time. The guy swore he knew what he was supposed to do but really he had no idea and didn't know that song or any of the others, he was there with his friends.

Best show ever! The number of people who had never heard First of May (including my husband) was high and the people watching during that song was priceless!

Jonathan Coulton is awesome. Have an upvote.

7
bugdog•

Yes he is! Seeing this made me so happy that it's ok that I have to go out into the cold rain to listen to a high school choir concert in a drafty and incredibly uncomfortable church!

Thank you! I'm so happy!

I'd take that over having to get out during Hurricane Matthew to help my family's business make sure the people in our county still had fuel.

I love him. I saw him a few times at Pax just walking around, called out his name and he gave me some stickers and stuff.

Tell them to go pound sand.

But of course respond to a court summons if you are officially served.

51
HoosteenElGuero•

Don't talk to the police.

Get an attorney.

Record all relevant evidence.

Get a haircut.

Work out and eat healthy.

Break up with her and delete her number from your phone.

No seriously, you should not have talked to the police.

I can't think of a live animal beginning with the letter W that I would be willing to pull out of a mailbox. Except maybe a Weimeraner, but I think they still count as "dog".

26
hillbillyhell•

What about a wallaby? It might be pretty pissed about being crammed in that mailbox and take it out on you but then again it might be grateful and spend the rest of it's life protecting you from evil.

19
sake2•

Worms wouldn't be bad as long as they were ordinary earthworms. I've actually had to do this, it's not that bad.

12
AnnaLemma•

Wrens and warblers look pretty benign.

10
bugdog•

But if a Weimaraner is considered just a dog then those are just birds, so you can't pick them. Just sayin'

3
AnnaLemma•

Weimaraner is a breed of dog; wrens and warblers are species of birds. "Dog" is a species; "bird" is not a species, it's a class ("aves"). Taxonomy, bitches =P

bugdog•

I've been wrong twice today. God it sucks to be me!

Frankly, I'm impressed you managed to get the father to agree to this in the first place.
The fact that he's now trying to stop it happening is just him coming to his senses.

I advise you check with your local authority to see if there's an easement on the land you're using, other wise you're going to need to pay for a specialist to move your entire "den" out of there.

Please update when things change.

Polydactyl cats are also referred to as “Hemingway cats” because the author was so fond of them.

10

There's also a ton of them at his house in Key West. I used to pay the entrance fee, skip the tour, and just go pet cats for hours in the garden.
