Nathan Weatherdon would least be likely of plagiarizing. He is educated and disclosed his name. If Nathan Weatherdon is the author, when did he first write the publication? The year may prove that others after him plagiarized his work.
Nathan Weatherdon quoted Julianne McKinney. In the tactics chapters of 'The Hidden Evil', Mark Rich discussed the same topics and quoted Julianne McKinney.
