Some models I use

Hello guys, yesterday on this thread https://www.reddit.com/r/SecurityAnalysis/comments/5a3yrb/dcf_analysis_of_acuit_brands_ayi/ I offered to post down a few models if people were interested. As feedback came in I decided, instead of just sending them to a few guys, to put them directly up here. Hope you can all get something from this, just as I get a lot of value from everyone posting and giving out advice. Keep it up r/SecurityAnalysis

All in all, you have: model used by Lehman IB team back in the day, the guy now works at a HF and still uses it, a Telecom Regional Capex model I used to build an investment case a year back, and a "formation" model used by JP pre-2000 (old but always interesting to look at).

If I find some other models I built in my spare time I will post them, most likely here if the post is not archived.
