Does anyone else have an issue with the Uber app where it doesn't get beyond the splash screen and often just crashes back to the start screen? Its odd because the live tile is showing me information, I just can't get beyond the splash screen...

Try uninstalling the app, restart the phone, then reinstall the app to see if that resolves the issue. I've had this happen a few times with the Facebook app (strangely, not with the Facebook Beta app).
I just tried the Uber app on my 950XL. It worked until I requested a ride. Then the app crashed. After that I could not log in. I have to uninstall and reinstall every time use it.
