[Sun care] [Product Question] Need a non-moisturizer SPF to incorporate into my routine. Suggestions PLEASE

Sun Care

Hi guys!

I have combination skin that is oily in the t-zone and dry in my cheek area that is acne prone and leans towards the sensitive side. I've just started using the Drunk Elephant C-Firma Day Serum along with the B-Hydra Gel. I need a new sunscreen product because the old product I was using (Kiehl's Super Fluid UV Defense) completely broke me out. I want a sunscreen that won't irritate my skin/break me out and that also won't add extra shine to my skin. Any advice? I'm willing to spend a pretty penny on sunscreen if it's a great product. Thank you!

Asian sunscreen is bomb. Just search "Asian sunscreen" here and you'll find a ton of posts that explain why way better than I can. haha

My skin is really different from yours so I won't recommend a specific one, but if you look up Biore UV Aqua Rich Watery Essence (yeah it's a mouthful) on Amazon, you'll get a good starting point. It's an awesome sunscreen so it might work for you as well, but also the suggestions on the product page will show you some of the other most popular Asian sunscreens out there. Check out a few and see which one sounds the best for you.

Elta-MD UV Clear spf 46 works like a dream for me and I have really similar skin to what you've prescribed. Doesn't make me oily at all, and it has the best texture I've ever seen in a sunscreen. It's more like a light moisturiser feeling then thick and clumpy. It also has niacinamide in it, which really helps acne and scarring to calm down. OBSESSED.

I just started using La Roche Posay Clear Skin Dry Touch SPF 60. I LOVE it so far, but I'm only on day two haha. It isn't moisturizing or shiny at all. No irritation or clogs yet... I can usually tell with products right away so I'm hoping it keeps working. It was maybe $30 at Target.
