I would just like to say thank you

I would like to say thank you to the unsung hero that plants the signs that tell me when I last recalled and when I have entered into new territory.

Every day, you venture into an incredibly dangerous warzone, ravaged by magic and demons. You brave the traitorous knights, sneak past the ever-watchful gargoyles, and hide from the gaze of the beholders, all without pay and praise.

Without you, I would be lost, not knowing if I have been making progress against the Enemy, or simply stuck in a loop until the world has been consumed by the Doomstone's inexorable onslaught. You, sir or madam, give me hope. You, sir or madam, are a credit to Humanity and embody what is worth protecting from the Doomstone.
