They have to half-decorate the one in my town because the chavs will mess with it. 

It's not an easy thing to do - it's not as if everyone has one of these trees that they can decorate at home.

Obviously an EU regulations, just wait for that quality UK lightweight tinsel it's even allowed to go straight.

Just beyond belief. Heavy Tinsel? it was bending the branches of the tree!? What was it made of? Lead?
