I am confused - early we saw that Dom was dumbfounded by the discovery of the arcade. And a few episodes later they are revealing to know every player of the 5/9 hack? Is it Angela that dumped all the secrets to protect herself ?

No, IMHO, you can see her discover almost all of the things represented on the board throughout S2.
At times, I referred to her as having magical detective powers (by which I meant it was too easy for her character).
hummm i should rewatch s2 then.

Definitely! I hate the magic solving powers characters seem to get in TV
yes, it straightened out a bit, but for several weeks she would just show up and find things in like ten seconds that all other investigators missed.

About 45 days after 5/9, the FBI found the arcade. About 45 days after that, Dom reveals the FBI board to Darlene. 90 days..
When Dom slow walked Darlene to the FBI board, I think it's pretty likely that everyone in that room was working the case. If you consider the FBI manpower dedicated to this and all of the tech resources available to the FBI, it's very plausible that for the FBI to have developed that much info.
