its 30% when the headband is equiped to the right attribute like if your head band is red then its 30% for red units and 15% for the other attributes.

These are the people who are lucky enough to get 30% attack headbands....sigh. When you equip the accessory on a character with the same attribute, the bonus is doubled, hence 30%
i got lucky and got 30% SP max on a purple tenshintan so raid units watch out for my Haizen.
That'll go quite nicely now that we have the Staff, too (unless you're on JP and have had them for a while now xD)
i only play on global. and im stil farming for the purple staff.
