To what extent were cultures in the pre-Columbian Americas aware of each other?
Did people in Cahokia know about people in Tenochtitlan (I do not know if those were contemporaneous, incidentally)? Did the Aztecs trade with the Incans? Etc.

I would like to point out that Cahokia was abandoned around 1300 AD and Tenochtitlan was founded in 1325. These two cities would not have had long distance trade connections.
