My new Asus computer won't wake up from sleep
So I bought a new computer about three weeks ago, and whenever it goes into hibernation I cannot "wake it up" and have to force it off then turn it on again, and it's really getting annoying.
I have found this, which is supposed to help me install some sort of driver since apparently that means mine is bugged, but I can't find it on the list of products here. I'm guessing the driver from another model wouldn't work and am not really willing to risk it.
My computer is an Asus R409L (running on Windows 10) but I can't find anything from the R series on the list so I don't know what to do.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Edit: A few more details. This happens whenever I close the laptop, haven't tried it by manually using the "hibernation" option. Also, although it cannot wake up from it, it apparently uses the battery. When I close it and go to sleep (myself) without it being on sector, it uses all the battery overnight.
