How do you bounce back from the tilt after an inevitable loss and 20 less internet points on you account?

Well, you man upp. Repeat you soloQ-mantra atleast 5times and play for the lategame.
First you make the yas buy a targons.... There wont be anny sharing of cs in this lane, so you might want to buy one to just to scrap by. Or you should prob get a refpot. You will be playing for late, so annything that might help you get there is good. Akka cull n ref.
Map-vise you wanna play as passive as possible, and hope the yas gets a sight-stone. Try not to lose the tier 2 turret. And dont do annything in lane.
Soo, play it like nasus v nasus toplane, only that the enemy nasus got a support, and both mid and jung is camping you :$
