If you want to get the 3G CarWings radio upgrade done...
(edit: yeah, "NissanConnect", whatever they're calling it this week...)
Call the dealer and ask them to schedule Campaign #PC449
They will likely have to order the new TCU, mine got it in a day and is at the dealer right now getting installed. The paperwork does confirm that it's a $199 "co pay" for warranty service.
As a reminder, this should only apply to the 2011-2014 model years, the 2015 should be free as per Nissan and the 2016 already has a 3G TCU.
edit2: Here's a pic of the service sheet
edit3: Just got back from picking up the car. Took right at the half a day they told me it would and it was exactly $199.00. They gave me a printout explaining how I had to re-sign into carwings, but as soon as I did that it worked just fine. Remote access through the Android app does seem like it's a little bit faster too, but that might just be confirmation bias on my part. The tech chuckled when I walked in and asked "how many friends do you have that own these things? We've gotten like 8 calls since you came in this morning asking to schedule these replacements."
