LGS need help G933 significantly quieter with Logitech gaming software. Anybody know how to fix this.

So I installed the Logitech gaming software. I am using my G 933 headphones. I have to turn the volume all the way up to 80% almost 90% to get it decently loudness. And even then it doesn't really seem that loud. Now if I uninstall the gaming software and only use the drivers for the headphones. And I use the volume around 50-60% and it's really loud. Does anyone have an idea how to fix this? I want to use the software but I don't want to lose sound. Wtf Logitech. I'm running windows 10 by the way.

Can you tell me why you want the software. Personally it's pretty shit and I've been using without perfectly fine for 2 years now.

Probably a stupid question but do you have the surround sound turned on? For me it makes the headset louder.

I know I was having a lot of audio issues after upgrading to W10 a while ago and using the latest version of LGS at the time. My then G930 headset wasn't as loud as it used to/should be. Fixed it by updating my motherboard audio driver and reinstalling LGS to the latest version.

I Now have the G933 headset and have had very little problems so far. Rarely upon turning on the headset the sound won't be as it should due to profiles not properly loading. A quick turning off then on fixes it.

I updated my motherboards sound drivers. Reinstalled it LGS. That seem to fix it. Thanks for the help.

Are you using the 35mm jack when it's quiet?

I just realized, using my jack, that I need my device volume up, physical volume wheel on the headset up, and the inline control with volume wheel up. If all 3 pieces aren't loud, you get crappy volume levels. Hopefully that helps.
