Twitch VODs are immediately available to subscribers, even while the broadcast is still live.

I find, that 7am GMT+1 ist roughly the time when rebroadcast starts

I know the show starts at like 3 am UK time, I'd sacrifice the night if I thought I could get away with it, but I have work tomorrow in the afternoon, so I usually watch the show fridays, but I want to not look at any of the social media sites or get spoiled. 

I was thinking of getting up at 8 am? Would the twitch channel have it uploaded that early?
