POTG Saarijarvi Review

Day 3 we will do a negative review since the past two have been overwhelmingly positive. I do take into account that he is an 86 ovr, but hes still shit.

69 GP, 5 goals, 4 assists playing with Mov Thornton and Mov Jagr

Skating: 8/10

The one thing this card has going for it is speed. When you have a card with 96's down the board in Acc, Agi, and speed, youre gonna yave a guy that can fly. However, if you so much as look at this speedy little lad, he will get demolished. Weakest player I've used by far, and its hard to be weaker than 5'7 Zucc. Weaknesss combined with average dekes kind of negates the benefits of his speed.

Shooting: 5/10

On my team, its truly hard to only score 5 times in 70 games. I remember he scored one time in a way that was impressive, but every other one was a typical 1t. Crazy shot power at 99 each with B active, but the 82 accuracy kills him. He cannot hit the net for the life of him if hes more than 5 feet away.

Hands: 2/10

Very very disappointing here. I figured with 87 dekes, hed be able to do something, but he loses the puck the majority of the time. Even simple toe drags will get lost 8 times out of 10. He has no chance of recovering from a bad deke as well due to his size as well, which is a huge negative for him.

Defense: 1/10

I would make this 0, but he is typically fast enough to make a little bit of a play on the puck and get in the way, but is usually worthless. With 85 awareness, 79 checking, and 83 poke checks, he is essentially useless. Hes taken alot f bad penalties on the back check, cant take the puck away from smaller people let alone the bigs and is a pylon. Would never even consider using him on D.

Misc: Syns are good if youre desperate for them. PP, DR and B are all ones I like. Also I guess a good option for a Finnish team.
