[DIPLOMACY]Logging and Mining Operations in Siberia

DIPLOMACY

[Tranmission to the Hegemon of Korea in Cheorwon]

"...while national efforts have effectively ended in terms of actual intervention in development, leaving the civilians to take the baton. Upon realization of the news, a mining and logging company of quite a reputation as a supporter of the industries of Malaya, hailing by the name Azhari Mining and Logging Inc., had sent a petition to the Parliament; their demands are summarized in the following lines: 'To continue the support on Myanmar Valley Industrial Park, we recommend outsourcing our operation sites. After a short survey on the Board of Directors, we summarized that the forests and mountains of Siberia would be a major step toward assuring our place as an independent company.'

"The Parliament sees no issues with allowing the citizens to establish operation sites abroad for commercial and industrial reasons. After all, the basis of the Malayan economy is world trade. However, in this case, there appears to be a problem. Siberia lies under the sovereignty of the Hangug-ui Jibaecheung, or the Dominion of Korea, and their policies of foreign commerce appears to be quite restricted, as apparent by their immigration policies being absolutely barring any newcomers from residing, unless the immigrants bear the proper papers approved by the Korean Government.

"Azhari Inc insists on the operation sites, and the Parliament, being composed of mostly ministers and governors whose backing lies with the strong corporations, had ratified the approval letter for the company to commence operations in Korea, but only when the Hegemon approves of it. Therefore, this is the purpose of the letter to you, Hegemon Bon-Hwa Pack, of the Dominion of Korea. Will you approve of this, and therefore allowing the private companies of Malaya to establish their own industrial operations in your domain on your behalf?

"Also, note that Azhari Inc. had insisted on sending their approved map for shipping routes to their chosen site of operations. Please refer to the delivered package."
