Help getting my miner to work??

So I have a old Zeus thunderx6; I want to hook it up to my Enermax Galaxy EGX1000EWL(1000 W Power Supply) but the miner has two 8 pin connections coming out of it. I have been able to split one of the 8 pins in to 2 6 pins and plug it into my power supply. Now my power supply has no more ports that I can plug connectors into only connectors that plug into things. What are your suggestions on getting the 8 pin connected to my power supply???
