What do I look for in a clan?

So I have been playing WoT for a while now and am starting to get a little more serious (finally broke down and spent money). I am looking for a clan to join for platooning and was looking at Reddit West but I have never seen anyone on. Any good clans out there for decent players looking to platoon? For reference, my personal rating is 3304.
