Does anyone know if the Season 1 DVD have Subs and Dubs?

I want to buy the first season of K_On! I'm pretty new to the series, I've only seen a couple episodes but I adore it. Its my first anime and I want to indulge in it. But don't have the heart to torrent and I don't plan on getting Hulu. so I was wondering what comes on the disks. People have told me the dub is pretty terrible, but I have no idea. Is it only the Subs, only the Dub? Is the Blue Ray Version Better? Help would be Greatly appreciated!
