Freezing at logo screen?

My game keeps freezing at the logo screen. I've sent a report to 2k support and they have said I need to be patient and wait, deleted my reserve space and even have re-installed the game many many times. Does anyone else keep having this issue and know how to fix it? Seems like 2k doesn't care.
