[Discussion] Triple White Ultra Boosts preventative cleaning with hydrophobic spray

Just got a new pair of triple whites for christmas but I'm a little nervous to wear them in the nasty canadian weather we've been having, does anyone have experience or know the reaction with using hydrophobic sprays on the primeknit and boost parts of the shoe. Any dirt/stain preventative ideas would be swell as well, not about to mess up a nice pair of shoes
