(question)Game chat in competitive play

I've always wondered about this, when i used to play on xbox 360, games that had a competitve game mode such as call of duty in search and destroy had the requirment to switch to gamechat or they'd kick you from the game. I kinda expected that to come eventually, i never even thought of that feature on ps3 because it didnt have parties but i loved game chat , yes there was noisy people but a mute was easily available , and when i first bought my ps4 , it had parties as a new feature so i thought maybe an update would change this or add it. But there does not seem to be anyone who even remembers this from what ive seen or that thought about it maybe being implemented into games on ps4. Do you think itll ever come as a requirement, switcing to game chat or being kicked from the game like on xbox 360 or will it always be most people in parties only, it sort of makes games like overwatch competitive impossible as everyones doing there own thing or cannot comunicate properly.
