What is this nutrition label telling me about protein?

So I bought a Stouffer's Fit Kitchen turkey TV dinner with the description "Turkey tenderloin with diced red skin & sweet potatoes and green beans."

Below I have a picture of the nutrition label which caught my eye mainly because I was surprised that 25g of protein would be listed as 27% of the daily value. The box itself recommends 56g of protein intake daily for men, which would imply that the percentage should be closer to 50%.

After some searching I believe that the difference has to do with the nutrition label taking into account the "digestibility" of the protein in the meal as in how much each protein source within the food will provide a complete protein. Would this mean that the TV dinner has relatively low-digestible protein if 25g of it is only going to provide 27% of the daily requirement or am I interpreting this wrong?
