Scarif lists?

My friends are interested in X-Wing after seeing Rogue One, and I wanted to put together a couple of roughly balanced lists that would reflect what we saw in the space battle above Scarif. I have two Rebel and two Imperial lists. My only real requirements are that the list make sense for the time--I'm not going to throw in T-70s or TIE Defenders. I also don't have a U-Wing for now, and I don't feel it imperative to include it in a dogfighting list. I also don't care about the current meta, as these are going to be thrown against each other for funsies and not for a tournament. What do you think? Which lists should be changed and/or paired together for a good experience?
