Lost my spacebar item (Void)

Im on my first loop on the Dark Room. I picked up Guppys paw used it and switched it with Void again. Then i used Void and lost it. My hp remained the same. The active items I absorbed were Crystal Ball, Deck of Cards and Clicker.

What happened?
