Best type of Paint for canvas?

Hi, I'm pretty new to this community. I don't know where else to look for an answer. I have these Converse Chuck Taylors that I'd like to splatter paint on. I believe they're Canvas/Rubber for the toe/mudguard. What process/type of paint would you guys recommend using for this project? Thanks!
