Just bought Special Edition

Looking forward to entering the world again, but its been a while. Is there anything I should or shouldn't do? Im aware that Enchanting can make you far overpowered rather quickly, should I stay away? If I decide not to play a sneaky bow guy, what can I do to force myself otherwise?
