I cant log in to Ubisoft.

The problem is that Im trying to log in to the Ubisoft website and I cant remember my password, Im trying to use the "forgot password" thing but it doesn´t work because of some red x at the bottom of the screen when I try to confirm my new password. Have you guys encountered this before? and if so how did you get a new password.
