I'm in my senior year and I have a D in AP Calculus

Hey guys. I was recently accepted into the university of South Carolina Honors College and am patiently awaiting the decision from UNC but I have a straight D in calc right now. There also isn't much of a chance of me raising that grade. How bad is that going to affect my college decisions? I'm very very worried
