[request] Markdown-hidden writing

Hi there,

One of the things I like of plain text writing apps in general is the 'plain' of it. In contrast to InDesign or Word, you primarily focus on the content. Recent changes have added Markdown to plain text writers to give some dimension, such as headers and bold text.

However, seeing in editor mode

instead of Piece of text doesn't feel really plain to me. Or perhaps, it's plain, because the markdown hasn't been 'applied' and the symbols are still present. But what I would like is a more distraction free way of writing. Thus, having markdown with headers and bold text, visually, but without the symbols. It's almost identical to the PDF I'd export, but still being in editor mode.

Perhaps I'm asking something that is complete not plain-text writing style, but still asking otherwise for clarification on the missing of this matter.
