IamA Front Desk Clerk at a National Hotel chain. Ask Me Anything!!

I've been a hotel front desk clerk at a few major chains for several years. There are a lot of blogs about tips and tricks to getting a good Hotel. I'm here to answer any questions and to hopefully help you out when you travel next time. I can't show my face for obvious reasons.

Edit: Thanks for all the questions. I had a really great time. This was a nice experience, and hopefully I helped a little. Take care and goodnight. :)
