I bought something on ebay and used old address

So, I forgot to change the address on my ebay account to my new address. My order was supposed to be delivered today, but it shows:

Your item was undeliverable as addressed at 4:54 pm on January 5, 2017 in ATLANTA, GA 30342. It is being returned if appropriate information is available.

Is there anything I can do about this or is it too late? The old address is right down the road and I actually can get in touch with them. It's unusual to me that it was un deliverable. Can anyone advise?
