Chance me for uSC transfer into Marshall

I am applying for usc marshall fall 2017 for business admin. major. I applied last year as a sophomore applicant and was rejected. My admission counselor didn't give me a reason for my rejection but I hypothesized that my lack of GEs and my poorly written unenthusiastic essay was the reason for my rejection. I am reapplying this year and my essay is polished and well written (Had my counselors and professors proofread them). I have completed all marshall prerequisites such as math,writing,accounting and economics, and I only need 3 GEs left to complete. I will have all GEs finished by the end of Spring 2017. What are my chances that I will be admitted for Fall 2017 as a junior applicant?
