Help finding a program

I remember using a program to do pixel sorting at some point last spring but can't seem to find the program again. All I really remember about it was that it had a number of different options, the angle at which to sort, a slider for the amount of sorting and a drop down with a number of different options including a "Matrix" mode. Thanks in advance.
