Plex and the Monogatari Series

So I just started setting up my Plex server and I have of ton of anime locally. The series that is giving me the most issues is, of course, Monogatari. It doesn't seem to want to sort them to different series, and I when I put them all in the same folder it doesn't name them right. An example is Koyomimonogatari. I put it in the specials folder, but that just ends up giving me episodes 1-12 with no extra information, making it impossible to tell what is what. Has anyone dealt with this before? I searched the subreddit, but no one really went in depth with naming. Thank you.

EDIT: Thanks all, after a lot of renaming files and refreshing my library a lot, finally got everything organized. Thanks.
