How to beat Cybil in Silent Hill without red liquid or any ammo?

I have gotten to the Cybil boss fight in silent hill and have no red liquid to use on her, as I never picked it up during the school levels, and I only have like 3 bullets for the pistol everything else is out of ammo and I have no idea of any other way to kill her. Is it possible to kill her with any other weapons at all? Any help or ways to beat this would be much appreciated.
