HELP!

Hi guys, I have recently started playing a ton of Singed, I think I understand the basics of proxy/lane but what i need help on is itemization! No matter what I do sometimes I just feel so squishy. I know every game is for itself and that Singed has million of different bulids but if there is somebody here that has a time and will to tell me what to bulid (when majority is ap but they have ad top, against full ap but fed adc..xtc) I'd highly appreciate it. Also if there are certain runepages/masteries i have to take to make some bulids work feel free to tell me.
