How to screw up a perfectly good Lazarus start

> Be me
> Start as Lazarus
> Item room has Heart (the item) and spirit heart drop from defeating 2 greed gapers
> Get a Black Market from TNT explosion
> Buy a Champion Belt and Even More Options
> Go fight a boss
> It's a Pin, thank Breadmund
> Item from Pin is Breakfast
> Go back to Black Market, buy Blue Map, respawn as better Lazarus
> Go to Super Secret room
> 2 chests, one has Steven, another has Goat Head
> Out of bombs
> Use Tower card to get normal Secret Room open
> Its open now
> But one of the bombs pushes another right into my face
> Didn't pick up Breakfast or Heart or spirit heart yet
> Feel tremedous amounts of regret
