Printable progression charts?

I recently bought the second edition and it's great! I'm wondering if there are print friendly progression charts somewhere? I spent about an hour trying to get the spreadsheet charts into a form that fit nicely on a few pages but I'm still not entirely happy with the results. I'm currently using prints of the book which I scanned with my phone, so not great quality :)

Would love a PDF with the progression charts straight out of the book.
