Am I the only one who prefers third person over first?
With any game that gives you the option, I've always been a third person gamer. This is in contrast with most people I know- or even don't know personally, who generally prefer playing games in first person.
My reasoning behind this is primarily bc if it's a game where I can customize my character, I like to be able to actually see my character, and it just seems easier to handle (Though I've heard people claim certain games like fallout, skyrim, etc are easier in first person but it's the complete opposite for me unless I'm using a bow in skyrim).
Now, some games are just meant to be first person. Call of Duty will forever understandably be a first person shooter game, and in games like Grand Theft Auto, the new option of first person is pretty cool looking at times- but I certainly couldn't play in first person the entire time and still enjoy it.
So, what do you guys think? Are you more of a first person gamer or a third person gamer, And why?
