Windows Updates screw up PC

Today I turned on my pc and it updated for a couple minutes, When it was done I Logged in and everything was fine, but then all of my programs would freeze and windows explorer crashed. I have no idea why except that it probably has something to do with this new update. Anyone know anything about this

P.S. A Restart fixed everything so far
