Stuck in Frost Campaign [Spoilers]

Currently been to Recon, Ship, Shack, and found MK.V door. But I don't know what I am missing. I feel like I am missing a few key pieces or am out of order. I really want to get to the neutral/friendly settlement to trade and live as a citizen. (My style of role play is a Stalker from the metro series)

Also I am strangely no longer having endless rads on the surface. I only have true weather mod for looks. I can walk on the surfaces with no issue. Its too easy, how can I fix this?
