Is this a good way to communicate with the players in the session?

For a week or so I've been using a group on PS4 as a permanent game chat for everyone in the same big session and with my group filling to the brim it just doesn't seem like a good option.

For COOL crew sessions we need a way to communicate with everyone like people can do on PC where there's a built in game text chat option. I think the best communication method may be to make a new PS4 group chat everyday and leave at the end of the day adding players that join the game by typing their name in individually.

I use a permanent group chat with my main COOL crew friends so we can post in the group if we are needing a session.
