Gett9ing the hang of KSP, but I already have identified my arch nemesis...

Orbital rendevous... I am still new to the game, but after countless hours of research and YouTube videos, prolly more than actual game play I have put in, I feel I have the hang of many things. I can orbit Mum and Minmus on the same flight, I am pretty sure the same process will get me to any other planet given enough fuel and dV. But orbital rendevous...

Poor Jebediah got stuck in orbit on the Mun. Valencia got stuck trying to rescue him. My latest pilot is probably going to have the same fate.

Best I have gotten is relative speed of target about 100m/s, and 29km away... but even when I pointed my ship right at Jeb's capsule and fired full throttle, the relative speed and distance only increased.

Also doesn't help that every tutorial I can find involves rescuing someone from a circular orbit. Jeb has an A of 125k, and a P of 14 K. Definitely not circular.
