SC - The builder that built my home planted a tree in my yard weeks after we closed. What are my options?

I closed on my new home in the middle of December. We had a comfort letter at closing, but everything in the letter was resolved w/in 48 hours of closing. I was a happy camper. There was no tree in the letter.

When I got home from work today, a tree had been planted in my front yard, between the master valve for my irrigation and my house. I don't like where they put it. Honestly, my front yard is too small to have a (by the time I'm going to be reselling) mature tree in it.

Can they even do this? What can I do about it? Am I just SOL and have to now a) move & replant or b) remove the tree on my own?
