With Barry gone, there's potential for a change in scheme. What best fits the current defensive roster?

Asking because I don't know enough to have an opinion on it. Pretty much every DC mentioned so far runs a different base scheme. Some (Wade, Manusky) are pretty similar to what we were already doing here, others (Bradley, Wilks) come from different backgrounds. Is the roster set up in such a way that a one-gap 3-4 maximizes the talent that's here or would another scheme make sense with what we already have?
