Genius Basic Idea that's never happened!

So I was watching the web series again the other day and I noticed something that happens in the series but has never happened in game and it's so basic but would be so good if implemented properly. In the Web Series Dallas is in the back of First World Bank waiting for the crew to start the heist. How cool would it be if 'connections' or Bain could sneak some of the crew into different areas of the heist to unlock doors in stealth or take out some interior security while the rest of the crew storms the front. It just seems like something that would've happened by now!
