When do seasonals find out if they're being kept?

I was told Hunger Games week was the week before Xmas, the week of, then it was the week after. Does anyone have any clarification? I'd just like to know so I can respond to another job offer I received. I really like my coworkers and I enjoy going to work, I'm just afraid we're being strung along and this sub makes me fear that if I do stay I won't get hours because of cuts and seniority. Thanks in advance!
