Roland's 4-set bonus on Console in 2.4.3 - Bugged?

Has anyone noticed that the text in 4-Piece set bonus for Roland's in the Console version says 750% damage rather than the 1,250% damage that went live on PC?

I know that, in some cases, the Console version gets short shrift on the QA text -- for example, Topaz's effect in helms still said +Magic Find in the last patch even though it had shifted to RCR -- but I was testing Roland's and didn't notice a huge uptick in Shield Bash damage.
